EXPECTATIONS
1. Follow All District and School Policies & Procedures.
2. Arrive to class on time.
3. Mutual respect with teachers, other students, substitutes, and visitors. Also respect for school facilities and equipment.
4. Be courteous and listen when others are speaking. It is unacceptable to talk when the teacher or others are speaking.
5. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy!
Cheating is dishonest, dishonorable, and will not be tolerated. All parties caught doing so will receive a failing grade for the assignment or test.
6. Makeup work is your responsibility!
If you fail to meet the due date for makeup work please refer to the grading policy for late/incomplete work in your student handbook.
7. Refrain from being disruptive in class.

2. NO use of cell phones, head phones, iPods, or other electronic devices in the classroom… unless instructed by the teacher. Refer to the BYOD bulletin.
3. Keep Your Hands, Feet, and other objects to yourself.
4. Raise your hand to be acknowledged…otherwise Stay in your seat unless you have permission and you are handling classroom business.
5. No profanity or inappropriate language.
6. No horse playing or sleeping in class.
Consequences
1. FIRST WARNING -VERBAL WARNING
2. SECOND WARNING-CALL TO PARENTS
3. THIRD WARNING- DETENTION OR REP
4. FOURTH WARNING- CONFERENCE WITH PARENT, STUDENT, AND ADMINSTRATOR
5. FIFTH WARNING-REFERRAL
TMECHS also has a Reflection and Extensions Program (REP). Students who are assigned to this mandatory session, because of behavior or missing assignment(s), will need to stay on Friday until 5pm. There is no late bus on Friday; therefore, parents will need to provide transportation.
REWARDS
1. Praise note or positive phone call to parents
2. Verbal and/or written personal praise
3. Free homework pass at the teacher’s discretion
SEVERE CLAUSE:
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR INCLUDES fighting, using profanity or abusive language, damaging school property, defying any teacher or substitute, or any other disruptive behavior the offending student will be given a referral for further action.

This period will be used to expand students’ vocabulary, study, and/or complete makeup work. Tardiness will not be tolerated. After your 3rd tardy you will receive REP.
